LSC has successfully completed the production and shipment notification to its Canadian customer

LSC has completed production of rebar binding wire and rubber bearing strips for Parkview, a leading Canadian precast concrete manufacturer.

The rebar binding wire is a high-performance material designed for rebar tying in precast and cast-in-situ construction. Made of low-carbon steel, it combines high strength with excellent ductility, retaining its strength and shape under heavy loads. The wire is compatible with a wide range of rebar tying machines, ensuring smooth, efficient manual or automatic operation. A special processing technique prevents jamming during use, reducing delays and downtime on site. Each batch undergoes rigorous quality testing before shipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

The rubber bearing strips are designed to sit between the precast component and the supporting structure, distributing load evenly while absorbing rotational and lateral displacements caused by stress, temperature changes, and shrinkage and creep.
